Good hotel for a a good price. The location is perfect for those who wants to be close to the Eiffel Tower and have a Metro station in front of the hotel. Despite the noise form the metro, everything is perfect. The staff is very fiendly and the breakfast so fresh, that we could blind say that they have the best croissant.

Our family of 5 (8,6,2) stayed at this hotel twice during our European vacation for spring break. We stayed in a privilege suite each time. The hotel is wonderful. Clean, located next to the metro, a 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, and surrounded by many restaurants that are walkable. There are also close grocery stores / bakeries nearby. The staff was very accommodating/ happy to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was also lovely. Scrambled eggs / sausages / yogurt / freshly baked croissants. Would come back here in a second!

This hotel was the first of 5 hotels we stayed at during our visit to France and it was the best of them. The location was great. Within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. A metro station right across the street. Many food options nearby. Helpful staff. Clean and comfy room. Good options at breakfast (typical European breakfast). I highly recommend Hotel Tourisme Avenue.

The hotel was better than I had hoped! From the photos, the hotel looked clean and well-decorated. It was so much more than that. There is a subway station AND taxi stand right outside the front doors. There is a charming cafe across the street (try the Berthillon vanilla ice cream!) and a great breakfast spot right next door. Another plus- this hotel is walking distance away from the Eiffel Tower. It only took me about 10-15 minutes to walk there. The rooms are spectacular- spacious and clean. The toilet is separated from the shower + sink room. The only downside was the room would become quite warm so we would open the window. Unfortunately, our room faced the outdoor courtyard, where all the smokers gathered. So, we could either heat up uncomfortably in our room, or open the window and smell terrible smoke wafting in from the outside. It was a toss-up most nights. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel - just make sure to get a room facing the street!

Thank you for the warm welcome late at night. The rooms are very clean, the furnishings are stylish and cosy. Staff has a real service mindset. The location is very central, you can reach a lot by foot. Also nice restaurants and bars near by. I will be back 😃
